Located on the outskirts of Todi in the beautiful region of Umbria, this estate spans over 1,000 hectares and has been under the stewardship of the Todini family since 1980. Only recently opened to guests, the estate boasts first-class management and has flourished over the years, offering superb hunting opportunities. It is conveniently located approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes from Rome airport or just 40 minutes from Perugia airport for private flights.

The estate's stunning hilly terrain, woodlands, vineyards, and vast farmland make it an ideal setting for driven pheasant shoots. Guests can enjoy two days of back-to-back shooting with a mix of expertly presented birds. A typical day includes four drives, with relaxed and social breaks for refreshments between each.

In addition to pheasant shooting, the area is renowned for its exceptional wild boar hunting, which can be easily integrated into your itinerary.

Accommodation is provided in a luxurious 5-star lodge featuring eleven beautifully appointed bedrooms. Guests are treated to exceptional hospitality, including locally sourced delicacies and exquisite wines.

A typical day begins with breakfast at 9am, followed by 4 to 5 drives throughout the day. Guests enjoy elevenses and a delicious lunch served in the field, ensuring a seamless and immersive experience.

Eleven bedrooms are available in the 5-star lodge with exceptional hospitality serving locally sourced food and amazing wines.
