Herefordshire

Stoke Edith is situated in Herefordshire, North of the Wye Valley and to the West of the Malvern Hills AONB. The area lends itself perfectly to challenging Game Shooting with a diverse array of topography, including very steep bracken banks, rolling grassland and sharp wooded valleys.

The shoot is newly managed by Matt Newell, Anthony Pryce and Josh Harris of Newell Sporting and Cambrian Game respectively. Together they share a wealth of knowledge, with over 50 years experience of running top quality game shoots across the UK. Leading to an outstanding experience of sporting gamebirds and first class hospitality.

The shoot itself, involves a mixture of Partridges and Pheasants, with days available from October onwards. Attention to detail is our primary concern with the highest level of hospitality on offer, with locally sourced produce on the menu daily we look forward to welcoming you to Stoke Edith.

Stoke Edith was the principal manor of Sir Henry Lingen (1612 – 1662) the Royalist cavalier, the house was destroyed in a fire in 1927.
