Ed has over sixteen years first-hand experience in delivering the highest specification shooting experiences in the UK, Europe and beyond. This has brought with it an unrivalled network of contacts with shoot owners and operators, hotels and private houses allowing him to take the stress out of planning your next shoot. 

Amber has always been passionate about the countryside and, in particular, fieldsports. After working in London for by word of mouth, she returned to Northamptonshire to bring her expertise in upscale luxury events to our agency. Amber creates unique experiences for our shooting groups, incorporating celebrity chefs, activities for non-shooting guests, and special one-off events. Outside of work, Amber is an enthusiastic fly fisher, an avid game shot, and enjoys riding with her three children.

Growing up in Worcestershire, George has been involved in shooting from a young age. He's done everything from running the beating line to hosting shooting teams all over the UK as well as overseas. His passion for shooting is matched only by his love for fly fishing and his connection to the countryside.

Georgie, originally from the Peak District, began her career in the shooting industry at Bettws Hall as a Shoot Coordinator after attending Harper Adams University. After a brief stint as a private PA and a move to Manchester, she returned to her passion for shooting. Working remotely, Georgie coordinates all aspects of the shoot day, from client liaison to arranging permits and transportation, ensuring your experience is exceptional and seamless.

Originally from Dorset, Minna grew up in the countryside and has always enjoyed hunting and shooting. After leaving London, she travelled extensively in Africa, working as a Lodge Manager, Host, and Horse Manager in the safari industry. With her extensive and practical experience, Minna understands the importance of the finer details in making your trip stress-free and enjoyable. Now working mainly from the office with Ed and George, she will coordinate every aspect of the shoot day, from accommodation, arranging bespoke itineraries, permits and transportation, ensuring your experience is truly exceptional.

Simon started his love of both shooting and fishing from an early age where school holidays were spent in the Borders of Scotland, with fantastic memories of rough shooting along the River Tees. During his working life he has been involved in Fishing, Newspapers and the Wine Trade – providing a wide breadth of knowledge, only adding to his host charm whilst leading out shoot teams. His best and most memorable days are up on the Grouse Moor with friends along with his other favourite of fishing the Upper Dee in early Summer. He is currently based in Northamptonshire with wife Karen

Huw has been involved in shooting from a very young age, gaining a deep knowledge of the sport. His experience spans bird rearing, gamekeeping, shoot management across Europe, hosting, and instruction, covering all aspects of shooting. Huw oversees all our summer clay shooting events, bringing his extensive expertise and of course his incredible stories! During the season, he serves as the head instructor at Coombe End as well as hosting days throughout the UK. In the off-season, he travels to Africa on our behalf every spring and enjoys fly fishing in his spare time.

We are incredibly fortunate to have Simon as part of our hosting team. Widely regarded as one of the best game shooting instructors in the country, he has travelled to the world's top shooting destinations, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge. Simon refined his craft at prestigious places like Royal Berkshire and Exmoor Sporting. A true gentleman, he will manage your day seamlessly, taking care of every detail to create the perfect sporting experience. He might even share some shooting tips!

Will has extensive knowledge in all aspects of running and managing shooting estates in the UK as well as organising trips across the world. As one of our most experienced hosts, teams will benefit from Will’s on the ground knowledge of our wide range of destinations but above all, his love of British driven shooting and attention to detail will ensure that everyone has the best experience possible.
